Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi, a senior spokesman for the Iranian military, reacted to US President Joe Biden’s recent remarks on using force against the Islamic Republic.
The Islamic country considers the use of such an expression by the hapless US president and prime minister of the Zionist regime as psychological warfare, delusion and drowsiness, which is a repeated condition for them, Shekarchi argued.
The Americans and Zionists should recall what happened in the past, including the conquest of the US Spy Den in 1979, death of US soldiers in Operation Eagle Claw also known as Operation Tabas, the United States’ failure in imposed 8-year war, big escape of US military forces from Afghanistan, the capture of the most advanced US drone in the Persian Gulf, destruction of US Al Asad Airbase in Iraq, the Zionists’ defeat in the 33-day war with Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement and also their failure in the 22-day war against Palestinian Hamas, the spokesman said.
He further noted that there is a long list of failures and scandalous operations by both the US and the Zionist regime, and that the American and Israeli military forces are afraid of their own security because they are well aware that their crimes against humanity will not remain unanswered.
They may use such a threatening expression in order to milk their allies in the region and loot the crude oil of certain regional states, when the United States’ economy is facing challenges; so, they attempt to fix the broken hegemony of the US and slow down the fall of the Zionist regime, which is doomed to failure, Shekarchi noted.
